What is TriDATA?
TriDATA is the name of Tri City National Bank's business online banking product.
There is also TriDATA Plus, TriDATA PlusUP and TriDATA Premium, which have additional functionality.

What browser do I need to use Online Banking?
We support the current version of MS Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL and Firefox.
TriDATA may work on earlier versions, but for security reasons we suggest upgrading to
the current version.
How do I sign up for TriDATA?
Your business banker will have an application. Once the complete application is returned, you will receive your User ID and Password in the mail.
What types of accounts can I see on TriDATA?
You are able to see all your business deposit accounts (checking, savings, and money markets) and loans.
Do I have to show all my accounts?
On the enrollment form you list the accounts you would like to view and access with TriDATA.
Where can I access TriDATA?
On the home page of www.tcnb.com click on Bank Online Sign In.
How far back can transaction activity be viewed?
You can see your activity going back 45 days.
(Starting from the day your were set up on TriDATA)
How current is the information shown on TriDATA?
The Current and Available balances are in real time. These will change during the day depending on certain transactions (transfers, ACH, CheckCard purchases and wire transfers). All other account information will update at the end of night processing.
When will my Express Transfer take place?
If you initiate the transfer before 10:00 PM CT the transfer will take place on the same business day. If you initiate the transfer after 10:00 PM CT the transfer will take place on the next business day.
Can I, the business owner, also see my personal accounts on TriDATA?
TriDATA is used to access business accounts. Personal accounts can be viewed through
our personal online banking product, TriLine.
