3. Can I go to any Tri City Bank, or only the one where I opened my account?

4. Does Tri City National Bank have a deposit "cutoff time"?
No. All deposits made during regular banking hours, including evening
banking until 8:00 P.M. inside Pick'n Save locations, will be credited
on the day of deposit. Saturday and Sunday deposits will be credited on
the next business day.

5. What is Tri City Bank's Funds Availability Policy?
Our policy is to make funds available to you on the first business day
after the day we receive your deposit. Electronic deposits will be
available on the day we receive your deposit.
In some cases, we will not make all the funds you deposit by check,
available to you the next business day. Depending on the check you deposit,
funds may not be available until the fifth business day after your deposit.
You will be notified if we are going to hold the funds past the next
business day.
Saturdays, Sundays and federal Holidays are not business days and may
alter the availability of funds.
6. How are EZPay purchases debited from my account?
At the time of purchase, the amount will immediately be deducted from your
checking account available balance.
7. How long is the hold on deposits made at ATM machines?
Generally, funds from any deposits made at a Tri City Automated Teller
Machine (ATM) before 6:00 PM will be available the second business day
after the day of deposit. You will be notified if availability will be
delayed for any reason.
8. Why should I use direct deposit?
Electronically depositing your check into your Tri City account is a faster
and more secure method of receiving funds. No more worrying about having
your check delayed or lost/stolen in the mail. The money is posted to your
account the day it is issued.
9. What is my routing number?
Our Routing number is 075001199
It also referred to as an ABA , Transit or Banking number.

11. How much money can I get from an ATM?
$350 per 24 hour period (12:00 AM - 12:00 AM)
12. What is the maximum purchase amount on an EZPay Check Card?
$2,500 per 24 hour period (12:00 AM - 12:00 AM)
13. How will I be notified of my CD/IRA maturing?
Approximately 30 days before the maturity date, you will be mailed a
maturity notice. It will show your maturity date, your interest rate,
balance and interest payment at maturity.
If you would like to renew the CD/IRA, it will automatically do so with
the same term and current interest rates 10 days after the maturity date.
At this time, you will be sent a renewal notice along with a new disclosure
statement.
14. How does my interest accrue?
Tri City National Bank uses the daily balance method to calculate Interest.
This method applies a daily periodic rate (current interest rate / 365 days)
to the current balance in the account each day.
Interest begins to accrue no later than the business day that we receive
credit for the deposit of noncash items.
15. What does APY mean?
Annual Percentage Yield. This is the amount of interest you would earn, in
one year, if the interest is compounded. The accrued interest must be left
in the account to achieve the stated APY.
Interest may post (credit) monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on the
account. Please read the product disclosure and APY statement for interest
posting methods on each type of account.
16. What do I do if my EZPay Check Card or Pulse Card are lost or stolen?
If you believe your Pulse or EZPAY Check Card or PIN number has been lost
or stolen immediately call:

The number is available at all times - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,
even on holidays.
If you tell us within two (2) business days after you learn of the loss
or theft, you can lose no more than $50 if someone used your card or PIN
without your authorization and you used reasonable precautions in protecting
the security of your card and PIN.
If you do NOT tell us within two (2) business days, after you learn of the
loss or theft or your card or PIN and we could have stopped someone from
using your card or PIN without your permission if you had told us, you could
lose as much as $500.
17. How long does it take to receive my EZPay Check Card after I apply?
Generally, you will receive your EZPay Check Card within two weeks after
your application has been processed.
18. How can I find out about direct deposits/withdrawals from my account?
You can get information about your account balances and direct
deposits/withdrawals by calling our 24 hour Touch Tone Banking line at
