To help protect your account from fraud, Tri City National Bank monitors your EZPay Check Cards for suspicious activity 24 hours a day seven days a week. If suspicious activity is identified on your card, you will be contacted by telephone to verify if the transaction(s) are fraudulent or not. A temporary block will be placed on your card if we are unable to reach you. If you verify the transaction(s) is fraudulent, we will close your card and order a new card for you.
Please notify us if you are traveling out of the area and plan to use your EZPay Check Card so we won't inconvenience you by temporarily blocking your card.
