This agreement applies to your election to receive your Tri City National Bank account statements electronically (eStatement). In this agreement, the terms “you” and “your” refer to the account owner(s) authorized to receive eStatements and “us,” “we” and “our” refer to Tri City National Bank.
Software and Equipment Requirements. You must have a valid email address and the ability to view documents in PDF format to receive eStatements. To keep copies of your statements, you will need access to a printer or have the ability to download information in PDF format. For the latest version of Acrobat Reader, visit their website at http://www.adobe.com/acrobat.
Consent. By clicking on the “I Agree” button, you consent to all the terms and conditions stated below.
Joint Accounts. If the account is owned jointly, any one of you may consent to receive eStatements and that election will apply to all accountholders.
Agreement. By consenting to this agreement, you agree to receive Tri City National Bank account statements, disclosures, and notices electronically. We will send an email to the last known email address provided by you to notify you that the eStatement(s) are available for viewing. You should then log-in to TriLine (online banking) to view, print and/or save your eStatement. You may receive a paper statement for one statement cycle after today’s date and then we will discontinue sending a paper copy of any statement you elect to receive electronically.
You further agree that you will no longer receive any cancelled checks or images of checks that you may have received prior to electing to receive eStatements. You are still able to view images of checks using TriLine (online banking). Check safekeeping will continue on your account(s) even if you terminate the Service.
Change of Address. You agree to notify us of any change of your email address. To change your email address, log-in to TriLine (online banking), click on “Customer Service Option” and select “Change email address.” You also agree to notify us if you are not able to receive, view or print your statement(s), at which time we may begin mailing you paper statements to the last known address on file with the bank. You may notify us using the “Customer Service Option” available in TriLine (online banking) or calling the Customer Support Center at T-R-I-C-I-T-Y (414-874-2489).
If your eStatement is returned to us as undeliverable, we will discontinue eStatements and will begin mailing you paper statements to the address on record with the bank.
Right to Withdraw Consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive eStatements at any time. To withdraw consent, you can contact the Customer Support Center at T-R-I-C-I-T-Y (414-874-2489) or contact us using the “Customer Service Option” in TriLine (online banking). All subsequent paper statements will be sent via US mail to the address on record with the bank.
Request a Paper Copy of an eStatement. There is a $10.00 per statement fee to obtain a paper copy of an account statement previously sent electronically.
Termination. We reserve the right to terminate the eStatement service and send paper statements at any time.
