Service charges include a fixed monthly maintenance fee in conjunction

Offset Service Charges
The monthly maintenance fee is waived if the average collected balance for
the statement cycle is greater than $3,000.
An Earnings Credit is calculated to offset business transaction and
currency charges. The allowance is based on the average daily collected
balance maintained in the account. The weekly average of the U.S.
Government 3-month Treasury Bill Rate is used as the base rate.
