IBRETA Checking Accounts
This Interest Bearing Real Estate Trust Account is organized for real
estate brokers or salespersons to hold client funds such as down payments,
earnest money, etc. Interest accrued on the account is remitted to the
Wisconsin Department of Administration (DOA) to fund programs to serve
the homeless.

IOLTA Checking Accounts
The Interest on Lawyer’s Trust Account is required by State law for
attorneys to hold client funds in an interest bearing account. Interest accrued on
the account is remitted to the Wisconsin Trust Account Foundation (WisTAF).

Our night deposit service offers a secure and safe alternative for making

required. Money Orders and Cashier’s Checks are available at all Tri City
