Google Play Store Notice for tri city mobile business

As part of our 2025 Digital Banking upgrade, the Tri City Mobile Business app has been sunsetted. All your banking — personal and business — can now be completed in the Tri City Mobile app. Should you find that the new, upgraded Tri City Mobile app does not meet your needs, you may remove your digital banking access by contacting a hometown banker at 414.874.8429 or visiting your local branch

 

Your detailed records will be maintained for as long as we need to service any open banking accounts you maintain with Tri City. For closed accounts, your statements, signature cards and beneficiaries are maintained for 7 years, while your transactions are maintained for 5 years.
