Quick action is essential if you have been the victim of fraud. 

Contact us IMMEDIATELY using the following numbers if you think one of your Tri City National Bank accounts or services has been compromised.  Have your account information and details about the suspected fraud available when you call.

Suspicious Email, Phone Call, Text Message, or Letter 

If you did NOT respond: 

Immediately forward suspicious emails and information on suspicious phone calls, text messages or letters that purport to come from Tri City National Bank to: phishing@tcnb.com for review.

Report Identity Theft 

Have you given out information to someone who may use if for fraud? Do you believe you have been the victim of identity theft?

Actions to take:

Visit the Federal Trade Commission website at www.ftc.gov/idtheft and follow the steps to repair your identity. The immediate steps are summarized below: 

  • Place an initial fraud alert
  • Order your credit reports
  • Create an Identity Theft Report
