How We Can Serve You 

During Wisconsin’s Safer at Home declaration, we will continue to serve you. Our drive-thrus and lobbies that offer protective glass ARE OPEN with regular business hours and 7-days-a-week banking in select locations. Click here to find information about your local branch.  

Here are the many ways your hometown bank is continuing its long tradition of hometown service: 

Online & Mobile Banking Service 

With Online Banking and our Mobile Banking app, your account is always with you. Bank from any device, anytime with our digital services, including Mobile Deposit, Debit Card Controls & Alerts, Zelle ® and more. 

Telephone Banking Service 

Please call your local branch to speak with a member of our staff. A list of telephone numbers can be found here. Our West Allis-based call center team is also available to assist at 888.874.2489Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 6pm and Saturday 8:30 to 2pm. 

ATM Service 

All ATMs located outside our traditional branches are accessible 24/7. All ATMs located within our grocery store partners are accessible during that stores hours of operation.  

Drive-Thru Service 

Our drive-thru service is available during regular business hours and offer most banking services. View the map of our locations to find the location nearest you.  

Branch Service 

Our lobbies with protective glass will continue service. Lobby access at other branches is available by appointment only. Please contact your local branch directly to schedule an appointment. 

Night Deposit Service 

You may continue to use the night drop boxes available at most Tri City National Bank locations.
