How We Protect You
To help protect your account from fraud, Tri City National Bank monitors your debit card for suspicious activity 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If suspicious activity is identified on your card, you will be contacted by telephone to verify if the transaction is fraudulent or not. A temporary block will be placed on your card if we are unable to reach you. If the transaction is verified as fraudulent, your card will be closed immediately. To order a new card, please contact us at 888-TRI-CITY (888-874-2489) Monday through Friday 8:30am – 6:00pm (CST) and Saturday 8:30am-2:00pm (CST) or stop into your local branch.
Please notify us if you are traveling out of the area and plan to use your debit card so we won't inconvenience you by temporarily blocking your card. Transactions done outside your normal area are sometimes identified as suspicious.
