Same Hometown Service, New Bank Hours
Friday, September 10, 2021
Beginning Monday, October 11, our bank hours are changing, and the new hours are noted below.
Our team of community bankers has already spoken personally to hundreds of customers about these modifications because we understand how much change you have navigated through in the past 18 months. Since March of 2020, your lives have been affected by stimulus payments, school closures, work from home capabilities, a rapidly shifting job market and numerous other pandemic-influenced changes. All of these have led to consumers altering their behavior in the way they bank with Tri City National Bank.
By their collective actions, our customers tell us what products, services and delivery channels are important to them. Their actions and behavior, which we have studied intently for months, guide our decisions. For that reason, we are helping more customers through more delivery channels and touchpoints than at any point in our 58 years of serving Southeastern Wisconsin thanks to new and emerging technology available at our ATMs, through our online banking, and in our mobile apps. Branch banks will continue be an important part of supporting our customers, but we are making these adjustments to reflect the new role they play in your banking relationship.
